You really should check the trades.

The lowest I see there is around 150k. So you're looking at something around 150-200k. Hope that helps :)

The Bill Board has a stickied topic for this (though your questions seldom get answered...)

The auctions are the best place to find the cheapest prices for pbs. There are many white pbs in the auctions now. I would suggest not paying more than 115k for it.

I saw 150k at the trading post so I'd try to haggle to get it down to 130-140k ;)
