I keep getting a message popup and dont know what I can do to fix it and can't get into anything. What's my posibilities???

Do you have comet cursor? I googled that error number and got this site: http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=435142 which says people who uninstalled Comet Cursor didn't get this problem anymore.
