EDIT: That's too big as well. Oh, I'm really, really sorry. Would you be happy if I found you a nice small image of the thing of your choosing? Image ones turn out the best.

I just found out today that the PPT forums won't let you have a siggy picture bigger than 400x100 pixels. I need help fixing one, because I really suck at this. Heres the image:
