How rare is it for your pet to change gender? I mean, i NEVER got my pets gender change until this week, and so far I got 3 changes... in a ROW! :I All my luck must be going straight to the lab ray.

I wouldn't say it's lucky, gender doesnt do much for your pet at the moment.
Unless you needed it for your pet so you could paint it royal or something.
It would save you from buying a Way-Too-Overpriced-Strange-Potion

I would love if the ray actually colored my pet instead of losing defence and strength points! its being really nasty to me lately

And here I remember zapping one pet of mine for literally months until she finally changed back into a girl so I could morph and paint her.

Luckily, thanks to the Lab Scientist BD challenger, these problems are now a thing of the past... I can change the gender of my lab pet anytime I feel like it. :-)

One of the pteri on my old account changed gender three times in a row; it's completely random. However, it doesn't seem to happen very often,. Something tells me lab ray results, much like Shop Wizard search preferences, are dependent on pet or account name.

eh? you can change the gender of your pet with a challenger? that would be so convenient, my shoyru's been a male for so long but I don't want to lab him and make his defense go even lower -_-

If you have the lab scientist as a challenger, which you get by refreshing one of the lab pages (I forget which), he can change your pet's gender during the battle.

My lab changes my pet's gender so much. Poor pet, (s)he must be awfully confused.

mine changes my pet about once every 2 weeks, when you get the lab scientist as a challenger (just keep refreshing on the page you select your pets) one of his attacks changes your pets gender

He comes equipped with a Strange Potion, which is what changes the gender.
The Potion, which actually exists, can be used outside the Battledome.

Now...if only they'd equip him with a Pocket Lab Ray.

Really? I had no idea battling him would change my pet's gender. Ah poor Lupe/Grarrl/Jubjub/Lab Rat pet of mine. Doesn't know its color, species or gender. Good thing his/her name isn't CutieBoy123 or PrettyPinkPrincess00.

Yeah, your pet's gender can change.
I would love to see the pocket lab ray be added to his arsenal, though it wouldn't do much for me unless they fixed the weapon's error.

Go to the page that has the pet selection screen and refresh until you get him. An added bonus for getting the Lab Map.

the lab ray is annoying. it colored my acara maraquan, but i already have a maraquan acara. just my luck.
