I went to play my regular 3x Whack-a-Kass last night and I noticed that my high score had been reset. I don't mean the regular high score that resets at the beginning of each month (that would be weird now anyway), but the overall high score that determines if you can use the stick or not. I clicked to play the game and it said my longest hit was zero and the only "bat" I could use was the bread. Has this happened to anyone else?

Have you cleared out your cookies/temp internet files lately? If so, then there's your problem. Your farthest whack is stored on there or something, and when you clear them, its lost and you have to do it all over again.

Yep, it has happened to me before.

I clear my temporary internet files all the time and this has not happened before. It always usually stays. I wonder if some were reset for some reason (no idea why) or if it was just some unfortunate glitch. I play the game 3x everyday, so I can say for sure that it just happened yesterday.

Mine was reset as well. I had to bread and stick it again. My high score was still there, though. o_O

It'll happen if you clear your cookies or if you play at another computer...

Happened to me as well - looks like they uploaded a new version of the game...I'm having trouble getting my club back.

The info for the flash games that have a continue-type of function are not saved in a cookie or browser cache. There is a special folder external to your cookies and cache (which differs based on your OS) that contains all of the info pertaining to the neopets flash games. Don't believe me? Do a search on your hard drive for "neopets" - it won't just come up with cookies.

Hmm? I deleted my cookies a couple of days ago and all my Hannah info is still there, although the Whack-A-Kass info is missing. :P
Not sure about Mootix drop, I don't really play that game anymore.

Mine was reset either Monday or Tuesday too. I figured I had accidently clicked the reset markers button the last time I played. Luckily I got a couple of 9 wind gusts and was able to get back to the bat after a short while. :D

Not that you'll actually check, cause you didn't when I told you the first time, but the flash games that continue leave small .sol files on your drive that keep track of where you are in the games that support it. Do a wildcard search on .sol on your PC and they'll come up.

My score was reset as well, but I got my Stick back pretty easily (I was never good enough to unlock the bat).

Mine got reset, too, but I was back to the bat after two games. I'm just glad nothing happened to our high scores.
