Has anyone seen it? I love this show! Its a break from those excessive fighting series, not that they aren't good. :P

It kind've has a solemn feel to it, and it doesnt try to make you laugh by cracking awkward jokes and tacky conversation. (At least I dont think so.) ;)

I <3 Witch Hunter Robin. :) It's an awesome show. :) I have the dvd box set. Unfortunately, Tim let his friend borrow it and he hasn't gone to get it back yet. :roll:

Witch Hunter Robin was the first complete anime series I actually collected. ^_^ I really like fire.
My friends and I actually found it to be pretty funny when we watched it, but it was a natural kind of funny, not like they were trying hard.

I enjoyed that series. I still can't get over the first witch they encountered, though. The power to trip people... ><

I was cruising Google for Witch Hunter Robin images and I came across this:

Have you heard of the similiarities between the opening of Witch Hunter Robin and Madonna's Take a Bow video? I hadn't realized it until I saw the comparisons. What do you think? Maybe it's a tribute?

Also, one of the commenters said the first season opening of Big O was a tribute to the Flash! theme performed by Queen. I didn't know that either. ;)

I don't know about the Madonna one, but Big O does sound like the opening parts of Flash Gordan. Though its lyrics consist of 'big' and 'O'.

I never watch anime but I caught a glimpse of this show and watched it out of boredom. Turns out it was a great show. There's not too much violence as as mentioned before, humor isn't forced. Too bad it only comes on once every week.

Alright... I just saw what I believe was the last episode... It seemed like one of those video game endings that leave you hanging... Great, is that it? The whole series seems to be a little short...

That's really...interesting. Sorta freaky too. I think considering the similarities it might be a tribute.

I only watched a bit of that anime show... The last episode wasn't very exciting to me. But the series was good altogether.
