Actually, it has been confirmed. Not at PPT, but at a neopian community on LJ.

I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to call you a liar. It just happens quite often that someone will hear something (happens alot more on the neoboards), and the wrong information gets spread like a virus. *puppy dog eyes* I'm sooooorrryyyy.... :hug:

Okay, there seems to be some confusion.

You get the Avatar by sending a neomail titled 'I love Neomail' and the message saying 'I love Neomail' to someone else.

It appears that the message doesn't actually get sent, so it doesn't really matter who to send it to, but you can send then to my twinklyspangle account if you get stuck.

Oh, that was pretty simple. I was reading the first page of this topic, and I decided that I would not send myself 100 neomails to get an avatar.
