Yeah, I'm on three codestones per stat too. I'm training constantly, and in a few days I'll need four codestones per stat. I've been kinda lucky so far; usually I can find at least one of the three codestone I need for 3000 or less (I even got one for 10 NP yesterday), but it's still generally expensive. I wish I hadn't let my HP get so high -- I have to raise my level to 92 before I can train to the 85 strength boost (I'm at 76 right now). Stupid 184 HP.

I would also prefer if this plot didn't have a war. I want time to train, and I want codestones to deflate a bit more. I also find wars less exciting if we have them so close together. I'd rather wait six months and have a big, fun one then.

Also, judging by TNT's current attitude in general towards the site, I wouldn't expect a decent war 6 days from now, or 6 months from now.

The last one was kind of a letdown, wasn't it? Oh well, my favorite thing about the war is getting a cool userlookup shield, so I was happy about that. We will not discuss the prizes.

There are rumors going around that there will be a war in Maraqua with the upcoming plot. I am just wondering if this is true because in editorial 175, it states that there will probably not be a war with the upcoming plot. I was wondering if you could settle rumors. This could help balance the market because at the moment these rumors are causing mass inflation. - kingzedfed

We weren't going to have a war this time as we want to rewrite how our wars work. This should make it fairer to the people with weaker, less experience pets and provide a challenge to the players with expert battledomers. The more we think about it, the more it seems to make sense that there would be some element of fighting tied into this plot. It does feature a lot of pirates after all! We just need to make things smoother and fairer for everybody. Sorry if that is a bit of a round about way to answer your question. We are almost certain there will be a war, but I wouldn't go wasting your Neopoints on expensive equipment as this battle will not work in the same way as before.

What do you think that means?

Man, that would be so sweet. Garin the Foolish attacks Isca of Maraqua with Pirate Sword! It didn't affect foe Isca of Maraqua since she is a ghost.

I also have 184HP, but I'm level 52 at the moment, and I only need 3 more strength points to get 85

Aw, that must be maddening! Have you been visiting the shrine and doing kitchen quests? Maybe you'll get lucky and get some strength. (I've been getting cheap kitchen quests for the last few days -- I've done five in three days for less than 4K each. It always gives stats to the wrong pet, though!)

I'm at level 89 now. Not much longer before I can start training strength!
