when i seaqrched for the Melted Cheese Crumpet(rarity 70)
on the shop wizard no results come out if it is a unreleased item the shop wizard will state that it is searching for Melted Cheese Crumpet
but it doesnt when i searched for this!

It searched fine for me. Sometimes the shop wiz will do that, though. Just search a couple more times and it should be fine.

Anyway, just keep refreshing until something comes up

sometimes the shop wiz doesn't work when you say identical to my phrase, and you have to search with the containing my phrase option, its weird, its annoying, but maybe thats what happened to you.

There's a couple of other items I've had trouble with when I searched under "Identical to phrase". I think it was because there was a space after the item name, and I didn't type that in.

I don't seem to be having any problams with the wiz at all, it seems to be working just fine for me...could it be a security settings thing?

I think a few people are having a problem where new items won't show on the wiz for them. I can't look up the crumpets either. 0_o A couple other people mentioned something like this here: http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1256

I'm having problems just like that.

I couldn't search for the item Buttered Crumpet when I restocked it the day it came out. I still can't search for it, and by now it's really cheap

I've heard other people are having problems also.

I started that thread, anyway, it dosen't work for me either.

And quite annoying, its not just my one account, it effects ALL my accounts. Even my sisters.

Yeah, I've tried both of my accounts, my gallery account, and my brothers. I'm thinking it's like the glitch where some people couldn't do the snow faerie quests while some could.

I think its browser, ip or something like that affective.
