There you go folks. A very rare (r.91 - yet worthless) item other than a healing potion. Apparently it rarely gives out items other than healing potions still.

It gives out plenty more than healing potions and always has. It's currently limited to a few magic items in general...

Yeah I got that one way back like a couple years ago. Nothing much. I wished it was a jacko one though or a rare faerie quest.
