But did anybody know that they're releasing it as a single? Yes to be realeased the 23rd of May. Well I'm just speechless right now... I can't believe that people would actually buy it...

In Australia this frog is like on every adbreak on the music channels and that bugs me, alot.

But a SINGLE? *buys earplugs*

And yet I still don't know what this crazy frog is. Is it that greyish thing with the weird brown hat type thing? I saw something like that in a pop-up one time, but I don't know if that's what it is. It is a frog...or at least, it looks something like a really sick frog.

they played it FOUR times in hollyoaks the otherday. its soooooooooo annoying. surely anyone that wants the ringtone has it by now.

And the single is even worse. they better not play it on the radio in the mornings when i'm waking up. thats part of the reason i listen to radio1 - no crazy frog adverts!

I'm going on holiday 2 days after it's released. Goodo.

The other day the advert was on C4 and ITV at exactly the same time. Truly terrifying.

They must've spent an absolute fortune on advertising over the past week or two. And since the charts are in such dubious condition these days it's bound to go straight to number one.

I find it amusing that they use the fact it's one of the UK's most popular downloaded ringtones as a selling point - why would you want the same ringtone as everyone else? isn't the idea of having a phone with changeable ringtones so you can make your phone sound unique - we're getting to the stage where the crazy frog song starts being played on a bus and everyone reaches for their phones. Progress, eh?

I normally hate stuff like this and I never, ever download anything for my mobile because it's such a rip off. But I have to say, that tune is darn catchy, I really like it. I won't be rushing out to buy the single but I do find myself bopping along whenever it comes on the TV. And if it does get to #1 I won't be too peeved, it's a lot better than anything else that's been there recently

Urgh...yeah that's the one - only now they've mixed it with the 'Axel F' theme (you know, from Beverly Hills Cop?) and they're releasing it as a single. Of course, in a country where Bob The Builder beat Eminem to number one spot a couple of years ago, it's bound to get to No.1
