I think that is the point ... Rank 1 people are very happy with this war. Rank 2 people are unhappy.

I'm sure there are many more Rank 1 players than Rank 2 players ... so in the end, TNT made more people happy than upset.

Assuming that more rank 1 players are newbies and rank 2 players have been around for some time, TNT's attitude would be 'make newbies happy, who cares about those ppl who have been on here for so long'
