Honestly, I have to agree with puck. Yesterday, I kept trying my one pet at lengthening intervals, and I got nada. So this morning, after about 11-13 hours, I tried all of my pets again. Three pets caught something and leveled up. The fourth pet (my original fishing pet, ironically) was told to be more patient. I waited approximately the same amount of time for all four pets, but didn't get the same results. I'm starting to be convinced that it's random.

On a side note, I also agree with whoever said it-I think clicking the reel in your line button resets the clock.

SOMETHING INTERESTING a friend in my gluild got a bag of broken money and took it to the toy repair and got over a 1000 neopoints.

It is certainly random My first pet has been able to fish 3 times and is up to level 3 the rest of the pets have only been able to fish once so far.

so how often CAN you fish.... and is it automatic for all your pets to catch a fish after a certain ammount of time?

Well, Its been 16 hours for me, and only my first 2 pets have caught another thing...

I do believe it is probably random, but after 24 hours, it resets and everyone can go again.

Two of my four pets got a level up on their first try.

I tried all four of my pets before I went to bed, and was told to be more patient with every one. When I got up today, I tried them again:

Lupe: old rotten left sandal, and stayed at level 2.
Eyrie: Be more patient!
Cybunny: Be more patient!
Kougra: rockfish, and increased to level 3.

The Lupe and Kougra are my oldest pets, so maybe that matters. I don't know. It seems to be random, though.

Anyone who understood the "The Matrix Trilogy" is a nihilist.

Yesterday I used all four of my pets, and a few minutes ago I tried again with each of them. The first pet I tried today, which was the one I tried yesterday well before the others, was told to be more patient(and it's been 17-20 hours since I tried). The next one, well, I don't know because my computer died on that page and when I refreshed it resent the data. The other two got junk. Oh well, at least it's free.

My pet senshuken was able to fish two times today and once yesterday, once at 8:30 and again at 1:30 and yesterday at 9:00. They were all junk, but went up to level three.
