Newest creation from the Medli kitchen:

Vegan yogurt (if there is such a thing)
Strawberries
Grapes or blueberries
Corn Flakes (that ceral with the green chicken on the box..)

Tis nice. Don't know about the yogurt though. Hm. I don't know how you can live. But I guess it helps if you like a lot of vegetables I don't.

Indeed. =) They make alternatives to almost everything (that I eat, anyway). No idea if it's any good though, I'm picky

Something that I happen to love is stuffed peppers. Buy some pretty colored peppers, but avoid orange ones. Why? I hate that color. Anyway, cut the top of the pepper off (the end with the stem) carefully. Hollow out the inside. Put some stuff in there. I usually put in meat, a couple of assorted sauces, veggies, and then grated cheese on top. You could put in veggies or beans, or something... Put the peppers without their tops on (tee hee) in the oven and bake. I forgot how long or how high the temperature. Sorry!
