There's a thread somewhere on the Forum about Broken Bags of Neopoints... to sum it up though, it's all the decision about selling it for the fixed price, or taking the chance of fixing it and getting either lower than the fixed price, or higher.
Oh, and I got another Rockfish... I really wish they had an aquarium or something that owners could use, I don't think my fish likes being in a SDB.
...then again, I don't think my SDB likes having a fish in it either.
