Can anyone make an avatar and sig set that says "Sniper" with this pic?

You can do anything with it,but I'd prefer if you can get the sniper gun in too with the av.

Can anyone please re-size this image to 96x96 without ruining the quality and what not?

I want it to be my MSN Icon but MSN shrinks the picture slightly and the text becomes illegible.

I need an alchemist. Or maybe Rumplestiltskin.

What I'd like you to do is to make the pavement in this pic look gold instead of gray. And do it somewhat convincingly - I know it'll look sort of stupid no matter what happens, but just do your best. I've tried it myself, but I can't pull it off.
