Ooh, how about a phoenix, assuming the horcrux could survive the ashes stage.

Anyway, for another Horcrux, I'd find an empty drinks can, kill this REALLY SLOW lady who works at our supermarket because we always have to wait about 20 minutes for her to lethargically scan the items and put them in the baggie, store my soul in the drinks can, sneak onto the construction site of some random house, and embed the drinks can in the cement so that nobody would ever, ever find it.

I'd probably stash the cashier lady's body there, too, just to avoid nasty questions from the police.
