I believe Rachel when she said she was here for Howie. Rachel is a genuine person and I believe she does feel bad for being nominated because she'll leave Howie to only came the $500,000 prize if he does win.

I hear that April was complaining about... "woman problems" and Maggie was egging her on during the life feed. So why was Maggie so mad when April wanted to let go?

Because Maggie's group need the HOH to survive in the house for another week. When she see's April voluntarily saying she would let go, this upsetted her as it would've upsetted me as well.
And April's "woman problems" had nothing to do with her holding a button. She said she wouldn't be able to run or do anything physical.

Ah. I guess I misunderstood my friend. I thought she said that April was complaining about her tampon falling out during the actual challenge, and that Maggie was trying to get her to let go by telling her that she could get TSS because of it. Hence why I was confused when I saw the actual episode, with Maggie getting upset that April wanted to let go.
