His name is Sam, he's a 14-year-old Chinese crested, and he's won the "World's Ugliest Dog" contest three years in a row. Is there any question why?

I was wondering when he'd pop up again, he's been floating around Snopes for quite some time: http://www.snopes.com/photos/animals/uglydog.asp

I saw that in Newsday in July.

I felt so sorry for it, but it's supposedly proud of the way it looks. :)

I'm not sure what I would think if I saw him in the park, taking his morning walk with his owner or something o.O

Imagine a future with everyone having a 'Sam'...
