I'm sorry, but we have to have a thread on her.

Let me say besides being amazingly talented and having awesome songs (Well from her second album anyways) she is one of the few "teenagers" which are actually talented. I've seen interviews with her and she's really humble, she seems really nice.

Anyone else like her?

Meh. Not my genre, at all. I really, really hate her style of music but it can't be denied that she's talented.

I don't like her, but I'll admit she has much talent and she is the only American Idol winner to have more then one album and have mass popularity.

Nevertheless, she's the only American Idol anyone remembers anymore. I love her. I like that she's not really "poppy" anymore, and moving into rock.

Although I find the American Idols to be extremely tasteless, etc., I think Kelly Clarkson is the only one who truly has something we'd all remember. I never even watched a single episode of the show, nor do I admire her much at all. I switch the station when she comes on the radio, especially if it's "Breakaway"... but for some reason, she has a song for every break-up emotion, heh. And they get stuck in one's head extremely quickly.

I hate it when people say someone's a Rock artist when they're sooooooooooooooooooo not.

Kelly Clarkson doesn't need to be labeled something just to be good. She's a good singer- and that's why I like her. She has talent, that should be enough.
