And to answer the question of when this begins... the answer would be 'now.'

Round 1 Requirements
-Make a set
-You have 4 days
-No animation
-Just so you know, around 6 people will be eliminated.
-PM me the program used and the links to the original images.
-Do not put your own name on the set.
-The set you enter here cannot be entered in any set contests in this forum until Round 1 is completely over.

You ask why?

This first round (and possibly future ones) will have all entries be anonymous. No judge but me will know just who made each set. Each set will then be uploaded to PPTTG's photobucket account and given a number.

But again, more will be explained in a PM once you've sent me your set.

Now get to work! And feel free to post any questions here. Also feel free to point out any glitches in my rules that would keep this from being anonymous... ^^;;

I'm also going to say that any set you enter in this cannot be entered in any set contests on the forum, as that would also get rid of the anonymous factor. (Or at least, you can't enter the set in the contest until it's been rated here by all the judges.)
