I think she'll have a gigantic five hour special full of money giving away, sob stories and her long lost daughter. O__O;;

A show dedicated to how wonderful, great, beautiful, holier than thou, the bestest person ever Oprah is. The audience will finally lose complete control and shout until their heads explode. And Oprah's ego will finally make her head so large she won't be able to leave the studio.
I do like the show but I swear that woman is so full of herself it's not even funny.

But seriously... like others have said.. it would probably be an ultimate giveaway, wildest dreams thing.
With all of those actors/singers no one really cares about with big giveaways and blah blah etc.. that makes you wish you were there so you could get some free stuff too

Sadly, as Oprah is a real person I do believe it will have to end at some point. That is, unless they introduce human cloning.

Nonetheless, I could see Oprah's last show being a big sort of dedication type thing to all of the shows she's done over the years and all the people she has helped. Maybe an Oprah's favorites, maybe an audiences favorites, something like that.

I do admit ^ is always funny.
As for Oprah I do believe she has some if not plenty of years to come. Last show or something, they probably wouldn't do a giveaway thing, I believe they would do more of a farewell type thing like the Oprah's birthday episode but yet in a very large scale.(thinking it probably won't be in studio, more like a stadium of sorts) With celebrity guests, fireworks, cake, gifts, and whatever Oprah's team can come up with.
