Lord of the rings: professor tolkiens works.
and i was fairly certain that Tengwar is another name for the dark tongue, but i could be mistaken, has been a while since i read the silmarillion.

Nah, Tengwar is just the alfabet, how you write it. You can use it to write whatever language you want.
