If I was to offer to make graphix, where should I post that?

The Sig Request Board. You can make a thread there and open some requests.

cheeze is right, and might i add ~ be sure to show work that you've allready done in the past so that people can get an idea of the graphics you make!

Most definitely. Not mandatory but you might also want to set some basic guidelines. You don't want to be innundated.

And also, do not be discouraged if people do not request at first, sometimes it takes awhile to get known etc.

If you really want to do a set for someone but you have no work lined up for you, the Open Requests thread usually has some people who are looking for a set with no particular artist in mind.
