Well perhaps you look up the TCG card? because the same picture is in the avatar and the TCG card! :)
I looked it up but no avatar! maybe it hasn't been released? o_O

I even checked the neopedia and no avatar! maybe you have to own something with "desert" or "scarab"? because aren't they the desert scarabs? o_O
This could be something to do with the plot though and you have to refresh a particular plot or something! :)

The picture of Tomos is the same on the card, how to draw section and avatar, but none of them work... Maybe it isn't activated yet?

That's what I said! :) or maybe it requires refreshing on a particular plot thing just like I said before!
Maybe if you owned a scarab ring and refreshed it you might get the avatar because of "desert scarabs" and "scarab ring" and the word "scarab" might get you the avatar! o_O
