How do you restrict folders to other users in the same computer?

You might want to add some more detail here,

Are you asking if you want:

only secondary users to be able to access certain folders.
only secondary users cannot access certain folders.
only one secondary user can access certain folders.
only one secondary user cannot access certain folders
or something else?

only secondary users cannot access certain folders. I'm using WinXP by the way.

EDIT: Never mind, found out how.
