my friends favorite word is not very good for this site... so im not going to post it...
mine are Triglyceride, phospholipid bilayer, and defenestrate

on the topic of words if Acme means "in the height of perfection" and While(dont know how to spell it) E Coyote buys their products, its not Acme's fault.. its his..

Such a lovely sentence. So simple.
I also like a few random words like: banana, poodle, prestidigitation, and some other stupid things like that.
You know what? I changed my mind. I like poodle instead.
No no no. a banana barfing poodle. What could be more perfect?
I prefer my poodles to barf spagetios.

Anyways, spontaneous combustion is great, not so much as a word, just as a phenomena.
Mayonaise is great in the phrase:
"I've got mayonaise in my ear!"
