I just can't get those figging water tanks and such to work

I've tried the ++/++U/fiddle randomly but it just seems to get me no-where

I'm contemplating employing someone to do this for me all day...arg, this happened in the LDP when I just couldn't get one bit done and in the end I gave up...I don't want to give up on this...bah *skulks away*

Alright, just fixed the waterworks, and got the constellation. Now what is this talk that I have heard about an abyss and whats with the library being open again?

Yes, the library is open, but so far nothing has been found except for the abyss.

The abyss is a page you get sent to, it is a fun thing from TNT – so far it doesn’t do anything.

To find the Abyss -

Go to the library and click on a door first - then look at the address bar.

After arcx=put -1.

I don't know what you mean by can't get your star data. After getting the medallion, go to the Archivist. Then to go to:

Can anyone explain the ++/++U/fiddle randomly thing?

I know it is probably on one of the last things, but 11 pages is a little much to look through. If you can't be bothered to type, just direct me to the correct page and I'll be fine

If you read the entire thread before doing it for yourself even though he exact guidelines are on the first page, you should expect to find spoilers. After all, this thread is for discussing what happens.

In the Altador Water place, there are valves and switches, you need to fiddle with the valves and switches to redirect the water system somewhere for you to advance.

The ++/++U/fiddle randomly is what you do to the valves and switches in the 3 rooms, the left/middle/right.

"straight"/+ or "crooked"/x are the positions of the valves while the U/up and D/down are the positions of the switches when they fixed the water place.

i still cannot get the door open i went to click the amulet and then went to the farmer then to the water plant and the door isnt clickable. any help?

I tried until 5 a.m. my time last night and gave up, but the "++|++U| then blind random flipping" method worked for me this morning.

All the bottom 5 are connected to each other - the 4 outside are connected to each other and then all are connected to the middle one.
