Image - Any of these.
Other - Please use the big version of the image you choose, unless you have to leave so much out that it looks lousy. In that case, work with the thumbnail.

Other - Again, please use the big version, unless you have to leave a lot out. (The small version is in my signature.) If you can make the signature around 400x100 pixels, that would be great.
