Oooh I just saw this thread after midnight tonight and was kicking myself for missing it. Guess I didn't.

My thought is that it's probably only a one day thing. Although I wouldn't say no if they wanted to give us a month of treats

Pretty original idea too, imo. Will help me get my Packrat Avatar quicker too. And if they throw in a nice prize at the end like the Plushie Petpet Paint Brush last year, all the better. :D

It might be a little "tribute" to those of us in the southern hemisphere that have winter in July. Hence, some places offer "Christmas in July" deals. You can go to a restaurant festooned with Christmas decorations and have a full spread of hot Christmas dinners and deserts.

December is a very, very hot month for us, and we usually always miss out on the traditional Christmas roast.

love the idea that some people can now celebrate trully winter on july here on neo! in brazil, now it's winter, but still it's hotter than here in portugal, and we are suposedly in the summer :x

Did anyone else notice that it corrisponds with the anniversary of the bomings on London? Donna and Adam are British after all, it could just be a nice little tribute...
