Do diseases 'overwrite' each other? One of my pets is currently suffering from Bubbles, and as the prices of Bubbles Herbal Drinks are quite high atm, it might be an incentive to spin the Wheel of Misfortune to get a disease that is cheaper to cure. I could go to the Healing Springs, but this is the pet I'm starving for glowing jellies, so it's quite a hassle if he becomes bloated again.

I think so. If I recall correctly; in the HatIC war, some people would use poison darts on their pets to give them a cheaper disease.

It's true. Theycan't have more than one disease at a time so if you get a cheaper to cure disease you won't have to worry about that expesive one you had before.

That's interesting.
If only things worked that way in real life. :)

Is there a list on ways and items to give your pets diseases? I read recently that some species will also get a disease if they eat some kind of item. True?

I know you can get blurry vision from glowing jellies... and you can get something else from poison jelly, though I don't remember exactly what. Just try to feed it rancid food, and you'll probably end up getting somewhere.

Neomonia from poisonous jelly, I think. Rancid old meat works too, and I'm pretty sure poisonous lollypops do too.

To make him Glowing, of course!

And yeah, those would work eventually but they're all food, and hence, filling him up, so I might as well be trying the Springs. I need - if it exists - something that's certain to work the first time.

What? That isn't going to work, surely? Is this something I haven't heard about? *feels out of the loop*

How about the Wheels of Excitement and Misfortune?

Edit: I see you already mentioned Misfortune  I mentioned poison darts earlier, why not try that?

Bloody hell! I just accidentally fed a Rotten Omelette to one of my pets and now he's suffering fro Ugga Ugga. :( Looks like really have no choice but the springs. Still 'tis useful to know this for next time.

And yes, twinklyspangle, that does work.
