I've been feeding my Hissi glowing jellies for a couple weeks now, but I haven't been counting. I could start counting from now on, though.

I'm currently feeding my techo jellies, but I haven't been counting the amount, sorry. I didn't even know there was a certain amt that did it, I've just been feeding her them ever since I heard about this about last week... two feedings so far (inconsitently)... hmmm... I think it might be about 12 jellies then... I'll start counting from there then. See ya!

I probably won't try it since my labpet changes a lot. I do have 4 spare Glowing Jellies if anybody wants them, though.

I'm willing to do the experiment... I've adopted a little Wocky (since my Tuskaninny can't be painted 'glowing'), and I've bought 100 glowing jellies. When I have any results, I'll post them here :)

I'm in, as soon as I can adopt a buzz with a decent name. too bad the pet I found called green_death_ was an ixi - they don't come in glowing. XP
Oh, everyone thinks I'm crazy, just 'cause I try to warn people about the face-sucking aliens headed for Earth. Yeah, laugh now, have your face sucked off later. When the aliens come, I'll be the only one left with a face, and I'll be using that face to laugh at all of you, even though I'll be sad.

I'll try it on my Elephante, since it will need a new paint job soon.
I did paint my Buzz Glowing with a PB just recently, or else I would feed her the jellies. :)

I've been feeding an Eyrie on a side account for a couple of months now. I haven't been keeping count though. I know it's probably over 50, but less than 100 so far. :)

Is it only glowing jelly that does this? or is it any glowing item? since glowing jelly seems like the cheapest glowing item around. since i have a grarrl, i'm trying a new angle. i'm gonna try other glowing items, namely the glowing sand

I don't think that would work, because any item you feed to a Grarrl or Skeith doesn't have the normal effect. It just disappears and your pet is a little less hungry. I actually think Glowing Jelly is the only glowing item you can feed to your pet.

People managed to get the 'Speckled' avatar by feeding speckled items to their grarrl/skeith though.

Are there any confirmed occurances of this happenning by a member of PPT? I'm starting to feel a little sceptical.

I believe someone had a pteri turn glowing a while back, and there's an LJ community post with a screenie of it happening that I posted in the last thread this came up on.
