I actually like it enough that I'd own one if given the chance. But I have too many pets already.
Admittingly, I couldn't immediately tell if it was supposed to be Faerie or Maraquan (because my first thought was "flying fish?"
I have mixed feelings about the Faerie Tuska. On one hand, it's beautifully drawn, the color combination is great and unusual for Faerie, and I like how the wings look like fins more than butterfly or insect wings. On the other hand, I'm not sure how I feel about a fiery color scheme on a Neopet that's based on an arctic, aquatic animal.
I would have liked to see this in deep greens and blues, or even a pastel blue and white before settling on warm colors.

Haha, when I first saw it I definitely thought it was Maraquan...then I read it's Faerie? Can't be a good sign..
