But seriously, I've filled the form out twice and not heard anything from TNT. Is there anything else I can do to speed the process or up my odds of getting it back? The idea of trying to duplicate everything I've done on that account just makes me sick.
There are so many other questions than 'what did you do?'. How long ago was your account frozen? Did you send the reports straight after? How long has it been since you sent the reports?
The general advise is (if the account was recently frozen) to keep sending the reports once a week, try finding an email address and email TNT polietly - there are numerous threads on Pinkpt, a quick search should provide you with email addresses and advise given out.
