Don't have any experience with the permission form myself, but I don't think it's just a Neopets thing, I think it's across the internet, and no, teens don't need it (as far as I know).

It is internet wide, thanks to the COPPA laws that passed a few years ago. Luckily, I was over 13 then ;)

Death is pretty final
I'm collecting vinyl
I'm gonna DJ,
The end of the world!

'Cause if heaven does exist
with a kickin' playlist,
I don't wanna miss it at the end of the world!

Depends on what you registered for, of course. The internet continues to be the place hosting the most illicit or borderline-law practices. Well, that's a bad way to put it, but you know what I mean.

Or a computer, for that matter. :P

We can be the old PPTers who sit on the corner and yell at kids to get off our lawns.

You can transfer your "lots" of neopoints to your new account by trading some junk items with the neopoints. Hope you know what I mean...

Why are you ppl all so "old"? When I first got addicted to neopets (about a few years ago) I was younger than ten! But then I pretended that I'm "18 and over" and signed up, so I can have neomail and neofriends.

Any one else remember the old computers with the black and amber screens that were only good for wordprocessing (sometimes)?

I remember when the first window's PC came out. God I feel old now.
