Squippit?

#1 Post by seiera »

I got a random event telling me that one of my neopets had a Squippit in it's mouth, and now I've got a Squippit sitting in my inventory only to find that I can't do anything with it  Is it a petpetpet or just some sort of odd...thing?

Yep, it's a petpetpet. I find petpetpets kinda pointless, the pant devil usually steals them before they hop onto your active pet's petpet so I would recommend selling it :)

You can get petpetpets to go onto your active pet by refreshing your inventory page alot. For example, if you view my main pet, you can see I have a Mozito attached.

It takes a large amount of refreshes however and once they're on your pet, you can't get them off without removing the petpet (which will destroy the petpetpet, erasing it forever)

I recommend simply selling it unless you really want to have a petpetpet attached to your petpet

Usually if you want it to attach you have to sit a weight on your f5 key with the window open all night.

Anything more then 2 kg can get you frozen indeed.

And they'll know if it weighs 4.4lbs or 2 kgs ;)

Yeah, it's probably better to sell it, unless you're completely enamoured with the idea of having a petpetpet.

Yeah, their keyboard weight sensors are pretty good, but sometimes they'll freak out if you've only got a 1 kg weight on there. They say it's a slippery slope. Best not to risk it.

I use my cellular phone as my weight. It weighs far less than a kilo, so I don't have to worry about the sensors.

Any weight can get you frozen. It counts as having someone/somthing play the site for you.

What you need to do is get one of those monkeys that's specially trained to hit the F5 key over and over all night at different intervals. TNT will never know! I think PPT has a link to the monkey rental site somewhere...

I have attached at least a dozen petpetpets to my pets over the years, and I have never had any of them stolen by the pant devil before they could hop on. If you fill your inventory with junk, it's even less likely the pant devil will swipe it.

I've also never had TNT freeze me, and I used the f5 weight a lot. How can they measure how much weight is on your keyboard, anyway?

From the Terms and Conditions-FAQ: "Q. A friend taught me to put a heavy item on my "refresh" key overnight to get random events. Is this considered cheating?
A. Yes. You cannot have your computer play the site without you."

In my personal opinion, it isn't worth the risk. Losing your account and possibly those on your IP address just to attach a petpetpet? I suggest putting a TV near your computer and watching some mindless shows while pressing the F5 key over and over.
