My little sister has a friend named Brooke. Brooke's been through some pretty rough stuff in her short lifetime. Anyway, her birthday is in late October, and since she's a big neopets fan, my sister decided to get her a neo-gift, of sorts. She started a new account with one of Brooke's favourite usernames, and has been using the time before her birthday to earn neopoints.

This, though, is the most amazing part. A few days ago, my sister sniped a Faerie Paint brush off the trading post for 300k. Instead of using it to make a tidy profit of more than 1 million neopoints, she used it to create _Amber_Eyes_ the Faerie Xweetok--Brooke's favourite pet.

So, on October 23d, Brooke will recieve an account started off with her favourite pet and a little over 350k NP.

I found this really touching. I just wanted to share it with you all. Discuss away ^^

i think that's a wonderful idea and very kind.. however i think that would be against the rules.. giving an account away that is... i hope nothing bad comes of it

It's not really giving the account away, though. It was registered under the email address shared between Brooke and my sister. My sister is just getting it set up before turning it entirely over to Brooke ^^

I really like that idea. It could go either way with the account giving away. It could be like that if you "gave it away" after playing with it after it was originally created for you. But it could be just helping out if you made it and was just helping out after it was originally made for Brooke. Again, either way. Need donations?

Thanks for the offer, but so far we're doing pretty well. Depending on mine and my sister's free time over the next month, we might even make it to 400k ^^

That's very sweet. Just make sure that there is not another account with the same email address used to play games.

Neo's rules state that each 'person' can only have one main account, and that main account is the only one where you can earn neopoints. The way they track how many accounts each person has is through email adresses. Also, they should not share accounts. I'm just letting you know this so she doesn't get in trouble.

Yes. Make very sure the e-mail address your sister used to create this account does not have any other Neopets accounts associated with it, especially not any that people use for earning NP. Earning NP (in any way) on two different accounts with the same e-mail address is freezable. Also, make sure that after your sister gives the account to Brooke, Brooke changes the password and your sister doesn't log into the account ever again. Finally, make sure Brooke chooses one account to use as a main account and does not earn neopoints on any others. It would be awful if your sister got frozen for trying to do something nice, or if Brooke got frozen.

On your shop front or your lookup, list the items that you'd like to have under the heading of Wish List

If you do it on your shop, go into the edit shop layout section and just add it into the white box.
