This was the first of the 'big prizes' for me. Missed the Lab map, missed the Dubloon, no Pink Ona to call my own... so I'm glad I got this one.

Click 'Neopian Weather', then 'Terror Mountain', have it in your inventory, and it has to snow (blizzards, for example).

So I finally catch Tarla, click on the link... and as usual when I try to get to Neopets on IE, I was redirected to a link starting with vsi.neopets or something like that, and eventually end up on a search site. I give up

The toolbar was acting up on me today, so I had it uninstalled. The alert was going off every 5 minutes or so, and the message was always that I'd missed the last one. I'm going to reinstall it again and hopefully it'll work right this time.

90-200K, though I think they may be deflated a bit for just today (hopefully). I hope she comes back tonight.
