That is so not fair.
Most of my school time after elementary school has been spent in classrooms waaay below that.
We had a "cold day" one time. It was like a snow day, but there wasn't snow. They canceled it because it was too cold.
Then there was the time they called a snow day, and there was only a very small amount of snow. You could see the grass. I think they did that to make up for that one time (a few weeks previously) when there was about 2 feet of snow, and it was coming down heavily all day, and they
didn't call a snow day.
We had a "bomb scare" last year, but we didn't get to go home. We just stood outside for two hours. It was June. I got sunburned. And really really irritated. And more bored than I'd ever been in my life.
