Help I can't decide! Should I zap my Red Lutari?

Should I zap my Red Lutari? Okay fine the title says it...
My Spotted Grarrl recently got zapped into a Red Lutari. Should I zap it again or leave as it is? The only problem is...when my labray account ages, I'm going to transfer all my lab rats there, so...I can't transfer my Lutari...
But it sure was a save of money! Real money, as in. Shows that you don't have to be real-life rich to get a Lutari. Haha.

Edit: Don't worry and don't hurry. I'll be zapping my Poogle while I waited for a good reply on this poll. *Hopes for MSPP*

Mmm... I wouldn't, really. The chance of losing your hard-won Lutari compared to getting the one Lutari non-basic colour that's now available is just too big. I'd at least wait until they release some more colours, and even then, if you have the money, go for the brush instead of the ray.

I agree, I definitely wouldn't take that chance. But then again, if you really don't like the lutari, you might want to do it. But I wouldn't

I'd zap it. The only reason I'd not zap it would be if you absolutely adored Lutaris and even then it only holds if you always intend to have the Lutari on your main account. Otherwise, it just gets in the way.

I've got a red lutari, and i still zap it. if it becomes cool-coloured, i'll stop, but it doesn't matter that it's a lutari to me

Well, if you love and adore Lutaris and want to have one without spending the RL money on it, don't zap. If you don't really care about them, zap.

I'm just afraid that I will become an avatar pet in the future. But a lutari may not run away in the future...

I wouldn't zap it, especially if you've been wanting a Lutari, but haven't had the chance to get it. Lutaris are rare and hard-to-obtain, so I'd not do it if I were you. Wait till more colors come out and then get a cool paintbrush to make it neat...who knows, Lutari could eventually become an avatar pet as well.

If you'd be at all upset at losing the Lutari, then definitely do not zap. Until Lutari Island is opened, and maybe even after then, this is a once in a lifetime chance.

But, if you don't particularly care for Lutaris then go ahead and zap for something better.

A Lutari is a great trophy pet, IMO.

If the lab ray gave me a lutari zap, I'd save it for a bit, even though I'm not much of a lutari fan

It may also be a waste of lab ray. If the pet you zap does not come in the particular color the lab ray tries to turn it, you get the message "Nothing happened" and lutari only have 4 basic colors.

If you zap the lutari, you will get that message a lot until the species changes

No way. There is a small chance it will get an awesome color (if there are any), but a large chance it will either go into another species or an ugly color. So I vote NO

Yeah, pounding Lutari (Is the Lutari plural plain Lutari?) makes them run from the pound.

I would zap it. I have a lutari on my main account--I got her on a whim--and now I really can't stand her. I'm going to morph her in to a flotsam and paint her royal because I want a pet I can like. Unless you REALLY wanted a lutari, you should keep zapping. Keeping a pet just because it's "rare" is a waste of time.
