Halloween sidebar question

Do we refresh at 30th Oct 11:59pm -> 31st Oct 12:00am NST or do we refresh at 31st Oct 11:59pm -> 1st Nov 12:00am NST? I'm abit confused.

The last minute of Halloween. No real refreshing needed, either; just visit a page anywhere on the site during that minute.

If anyone wants to come to my house and log in to neopets at 2:59 am my time to get this for me, I'll give you a copy of my house key. But I won't give you my Neopets password -- that would be a security risk. :evil:

The sidebar RE is active between 11:59:01 to 11:59:59 for one whole minute.
Make sure you are there and are going by Neopia's clock or you may miss it.
It can be obtained on ANY page. It looks like this.

Last year myself and dozens of others got it in the last ten minutes of Halloween. I went to the neoboards to see if I was the only one, but quite a few people were posting that they'd just gotten the random event (and it was only about 11:52pm). This was good for me, because the refreshing at 11:59 brought the entire site to a halt. :/

Well, I'll just make sure I'm staying up extra late doing homework or something tomorrow night (not too hard to do). Since it will be around 3am for me, maybe I'll take a nap and just stay up later...I'll only be asleep about an hour if I set an alarm. And I want to try periodically after 11pm NST in case they change the times the RE is active.

TNT really should give 2 windows to get this sidebar... one at NST and the other at EST... I'm too old and tired to be up at 3:00 am on a work/school night!!!

I'm the same zone, so they can stop at my house next. I'm a sound sleeper too; I don't know how I'm going to wake up for this. OR if I even am.

really. they always say they want to make things fair for everyone to get; well how hard is it to make it available twice? It'd still be fair because everyone would have the same shot at either time.
