Well, I'm level 13 and my stats are roughly 25 in each.

My sympathies to the gal who's level 13 couldn't do it and my sympathies to the gal who got the fire faerie to bless her inactive pet. She did it to me too like.. yesterday! Grrr

EDIT: Silly PPT Forum ate half of my post! :O (EDIT2: Realise why now)

By just using my obsidian dagger, my scarab ring and Burrow, I've been doing rather decently. Although, I've only fought each one once.

Considering this is my first war, I'd be more happy if I had stronger pets but so long as they don't go above 25 soon then I should be okay.. ¬.¬ I had trouble with Eyrieki and his stupid scorchstone ¬.¬

I'm saving for a lab map, and my 'fighting pet' is only lev. 4 with no special stats... speedy, heavy defence, and only 9 hp

Yes, pathetic, I know. °starts crying like a waterfall° It... it's only a level four due to Coltzan's shrine, and I had many many np's, and now they're all gone due to bad investments... Now I'm back to °sniff sniff° not even 70.000

So best of luck to those with actual fighting pets

Are there any pets in the pound with higher levels?

Yay I love the fighting bits cos they're kinda easy but the lag make it so much more repetitive and boring than it should be. Plot plot plot plot, man I love the plots

Also hoping for another awesome weapon to boost my battleset

Nooooo i was hoping this didnt happen. I hate fighting!

Seriously, i suck at it. My pet just drew against the easiest one.

Iunno whether its my weapons or my stats though.

Level 12
Strength : GREAT (23)
Defence : beyond godly
Move : lightning
Intelligence : clever

Any cheap weapons that i can buy? Im currently relying on snowballs and bubble beam. And it stole my purple sticky hand.

Gah.

Leaf Shield and Scarab Ring

I just can't express the value of this low-budget weapon set.
I think many will agree with me!!

I'm blowing away these enemies 20 times over, and Kullau's stats are mediocre at best:

Health: 23
Strength : GREAT (35)
Defence : GREAT (21)

I already had a scarab ring, i didnt think of using it though, it being so cheap.

As soon as i clear out my donut ridden inventory, i shall invest in that leaf sheild.

The Scarab Ring is simply unmatched for its price for the attack/defense combo.

I'm starting to have a little trouble with the Furious Stones, now that they're at +13 But it feels good to be able to fight something in my low-battling league. Hooray for this plot!

I used a Scarab Ring and a Scarab Stone Slingshot. They work just fine for me, both of them.

I don't think the Leaf Shield will help much with Ominous Stones, especially while already using Scarab Ring, but I can't really check it out cause of the lag. Even two Scarab Rings sound like they're working just beautifully.

See? This is proof that *everyone* said, "Hey, I'll do it in the morning cause there'll be too much lag tonight." Heh. ^^'

Is the Leaf Shield always given out in Illusen's Quest 29? I just finished quest 28, and I think I'm okay with my current weapons until morning. So if I'm sure to get it if I finish the quest, there's no point in me buying one.

And the Scarab Ring is dirt cheap -- I just bought one for 3865.

I guess it is my computer, but I haven't been able to fight for the last half hour. The page keeps coming up as can't be found or even blank.

I'm getting blank pages too. Combined with the lag, it's infuriating.
Even more so because these opponents are all pretty easy for me so far

I get blank pages and strange error messages that don't make any sense. Like one of mine was that my pet wasn't set up properly for a battle and now I can't get him in another one.

Kayisme, go to the status page (there's a link at the top part of the battledome pages).

Is anyone else not getting credit for battles? I keep fighting, I keep winning, but my scores aren't changing.

I tried going to the status page but it doesn't work. Someone said to feed your pet something and everything will reset but I can't cause they are in the neolodge.
