HW Plot Part: Sophie's lab (Split #5)

Hey, just so you guys don't waste time trying this, this combination DOES NOT WORK for Composition 2, part 5 for the following requirements:

If you have the following for Composite #2 of Part 5:

Composite #2:

Special: Anti-Gravitic Goo
Quantity: 10 grams
Relevant property: Enchantment
Target value: -406 +/- 1
Relevant property: Power
Target value: +151 +/- 1

Do NOT do the following:

4g Wool
Soak to Max

2g Pulp
Burn to the Max, Desiccate until Power = 73

4g Crushed
Crush until Enchantment = 10.

Mixing these together got me the right numbers but failed to create the goo. So I must have gotten the proportions of the Wool/Pulp/Crushed wrong.

Well, I decided my patience had run out and just went for it... Seems the composites have no effect on each other, or at least do not need to be 'inter-incalculated'. I suspect the math would have been a horrible mess if it were so. Well... Onward!

Relevant property: Divination
Target value: +67 +/- 2
Relevant property: Conjuring
Target value: +101 +/- 2

Composite 3 cannot contain more than 3 grams of any one basic ingredient.

Awww...thanks for trying though. What if it was separated the same way as before with 4g of wool, 3g of pulp, and 3g of juple? I'm kind of lost now...and I have homework, so I'm kind of multi-tasking at the moment with it. Do you think those measurements would work at all?

* 4g of Babaa Wool
* 3g of Crushed Jurpleberries
* 3g of Bagguss Pulp
= BURN and CRUSH each, all to the MAX.

CONFIRMED!

Is this for Part 5 Composite #2:

Because when I did what you suggested I did get Anti-Gravitic Goo... but the numbers were off.

When I combined the ingredients I got:
Anti-Gravitic Goo
Quantity: 10 grams
Conjuring: +304
Divination: +245
Enchantment: -282
Power: -340


If anyone knows differently..... please advise!!!!

Can I get a little help with Part 4 Composite #3? I'm using the x4 forumla below but it isn't working.

1. Take your smallest number and multiply by 4.
2. Using 3 grams of wool, raise the stats you need to the above number.
3. Take your highest number and multiply by 4.
4. Subtract your number you got in 1. from your number in 3.
5. Using 3 grams of Jurpleberries, raise the stat of your highest number to the number you got in 4.
6. Add 3 grams of two other substances to which you have done nothing to.

My Composite #3:

Quantity: 12 grams
Relevant property: Enchantment
Target value: +67 +/- 2
Relevant property: Conjuring
Target value: +102 +/- 2
Composite 3 cannot contain more than 3 grams of any one basic ingredient.

Here's what I did:

1. 67 X 4 = 268
2. Raise Enchantment to 268 by crushing 3 grams Baabaa Wool.
3. 102 X 4 = 408
4. 408 - 268 = 140
5. Raise Conjuring to 140 by crushing 3 grams Crushed Jurplberries.
6. Add 3 grams of two other substances to which you have done nothing to.

Enchantment came out correct at 67 but Conjuring was like -142 or something like that.

That's just to make the goo for level 4 not the one in level 5.

Also another thing that doesn't work for the 2nd composite on level 5 is:
4g wool crushed to max and soaked until 377 power.
3g jurpleberrries crushed and soaked to max, burned to 142.
baggus pulp 3g nothing done to it.

It gets the right amounts but it's not goo

If my estimation is correct, then the following ingredient list should be correct...

Composite #1:

Special: Ice Plasma
Quantity: 10 grams

Composite #2:

Special: Anti-Gravitic Goo
Quantity: 10 grams
Relevant property: Enchantment
Target value: -406 +/- 1
Relevant property: Power
Target value: +151 +/- 1

Composite #3:

Quantity: 5 grams
Relevant property: Divination
Target value: +300 +/- 1
Relevant property: Power
Target value: +300 +/- 1

Also I used a DIFFERENT formula for the Spec essence on level 4 made it 275 on the button and it worked great. so if yer stuck with a 276 lemme know and I'll spread over what I saw on the neoboards in case yer not trying that one. as soon as I used that my formula on 4 worked, the 276 one failed me 3 times

Composite #2:

Special: Spectral Essence
Quantity: 23 grams
Relevant property: Conjuring
Target value: +275 +/- 1

Composite #3:

Quantity: 12 grams
Relevant property: Conjuring
Target value: +65 +/- 2
Relevant property: Power
Target value: +105 +/- 2

For#2:
21g of Bloodfern. Soak and Crush to the maximum (you should have +300 Con)

2g of Leafy. Soak to the maximum (about +11, I think) and then alternate between Crushing and Drying (Desicating (sp?)) until you hit +25 Con

For #3:
1. Take your smallest number and multiply by 4.
2. Using 3 grams of wool, raise the stats you need to the above number.
3. Take your highest number and multiply by 4.
4. Subtract your number you got in 1. from your number in 3.
5. Using 3 grams of Jurpleberries, raise the stat of your highest number to the number you got in 4.
6. Add 3 grams of two other substances to which you have done nothing to.

Different people have told me those, a couple of splits back. Sorry I forgot who, my brain has fried from all this potion mixing. XD But those work!

This is the solution for the new Anti-gravitic goo
From the neoboards (not figured out by me-I don't like math and run away from anything related to numbers, hence why I'm in law school). I completed the recipe, though, and it definitely works.

4g babaa - crush
2g bagguss - burn, crush, soak, dessicate
2g jurple - burn, crush, soak
2g jurple - crush soak
