Wondering if other premium members are having this problem

It's been about a week since VSI made some changes to the server that provides us with our neomail and portal, and since I've had no problems using the portal other than when I max searches on the ssw the time to come back is closer to an hour than 10 minutes like it was before. But I have not received one neomail since the "fixes". I used an old shh neomail to check if I had any redeemable events, and I had 4 since friday. I also didn't receive my scratchcard neomail this morning. So the smart thinker that I am, I used another email of mine and just sent a blank email to my neomail address, and got a mailer-daemon back two seconds letter stating that the email address I sent it to is unknown. Double checking that I sent it to the correct address, and finding that I had in fact sent it to my own neomail address, I've come to wonder what has happened to my neomail. So just wondering if any of you other premie members are having this problem as well?

Actually, I didn't get my scratch card this morning either, and now I can't send from my other e-mail to my neomail account. It's giving me the "unknown" message as well. Man, for $8 a month they should be able to keep everybodys webmail working!

I shot off a message to TNT through their feedback form, explaining that I knew I wasn't the only one affected, either. We'll see what they actually do about it. Maybe I should e-mail from my other account as well to see if I get a quicker response...

I also have not been receiving any e-mail alerts regarding SHH events or the Space Faerie Scratch Card.

Your scratch card is still available, but you have to click a link in the portal index. To find your scratch card, click here. Under the quick links at the top should be a link on the top line at the very right that says "Scratch Card". Click that and you'll see all of your scrach card rewards as well as a link to this week's scratch card.

A message sent to you at mailto:buffster1221@neomail.com was not delivered. The message from the other server is 'Message can't be delivered after 24 hours of trying'. Check http://www.neopets.com/faq.phtml to find out what you can do to fix the problem.

But I checked and the faq didn't help me at all, I really hope this gets resolved soon.

and you're having the same problems with not receiving neomails?
