You shouldn't be using them on people's heads Kym. (Well someone was going to say it sooner or later.)
Seriously though I believe that you seem to having bad luck on buying faulty golf clubs at the moment.
On the plus side you take them back to the store and get a refund or more replacements (which are hopefully not faulty) providing you make sure you that have the receipt with you.

Since it came from the same set of clubs, I would take the whole set back to the store.

Yeah, Kai's step-dad just got a managers position at a prestigious golf club in Berwick... although you'd have to be this side of the planet unfortunately.
