Water Plant Distress

#1 Post by twinklyspangle »

I know I am very very late, but I wanted to finsih the Altador plot after a long break from neo. I finally cured my stinking Vaeolus yesterday and spent the rest of the evening struggling over the water plant.

I just can't seen to do it. I have tried the 'opening loads of windows and refreshing' thingy, did it for about an hour and flooded Altador twice but no movement plot wise. Does anyone have an tip or hints on how they got through this part? I don't really want to give up (again)

Thanks xx

I tried all 256 different combinations. Twice. It took me like three hours.
Then I spent about 5 minutes fiddling around randomly and got it.
Personally, I suggest you fiddle with the wheels and levers randomly in your spare time if the mad plumber wizard doesn't work.

There is no combination. It is a sequence. Essentially what the Wizard does is just allow a user to more easily randomly flip around the controls.

I tried all 256 combinations too and it didn't work so obviouslly they are completely random each time, and it's not always the same sequence even for one person.

I'm still trying to get it myself...

Well, I tried all combos (like 10 times), tried randomly switching levers (for about 4h sum time), tried the Mad plumb wizard .... and I'm still stuck

Honestly, I just clicked around until it finally flooded. By the time I was done, my eyes were bleeding. Well, not really, but I hate plots sometimes, for the reason of nonstop clicking, and randomness. :x

Somehow I missed this topic in my Altador Plot topic purge. Anyway, I've locked it now and all discussion can go on in the sticky.
