It was pretty bad the time I fell skating and landed on my wrist. I didn't break it or anything, but I had to wear a splint for a while. It hurt so bad when it first happened, and it was even worse if I moved it at all.
The worst, though, I think would have to be hitting my funny bone. Yes, hitting my funny bone. I slammed it really really hard. The pain shot all down my arm and was horrible. I seriously couldn't move my pinky and ring finger. They were stuck curled up, and I could barely move the rest of my had at all. I had to hold it under running water for probably around five minutes before I could move it, and it still hurt a lot to do so. It still actively hurt when I went to bed that night, and was sore for at least a week.

The worst was probably when I bruised one of the bones in my right leg (I can't remember which one). Me and my parents were at my uncle's house for New Year's or something, and it had rained recently. The garage gets very slippery when wet, and I basically slipped and landed on my right knee. It was very painful then and for a few weeks afterwards. We went to the doctor and he thought it was fractured so I got an X-ray, but it was only bruised (the bone, not the skin/muscle). The only treatment was basically a brace that I had to wear for a few months.
I've never broken a bone, but that was probably the worst pain.

Muscle spasms. I've only had a few, and they only last about a minute, but when they happen I can't even think. The only thing I can do is squeeze the affected part of my body in an attempt to make it stop. Well, that and whimper.

Um.
Trapped wind.
Hurts like hell!
Also, there was the time when I pulled my hamstring and the P.E teacher made me run around the hall. The good news is that I had about a week off school afterwards!

I have a few. I have a high tolerence for pain but these are the worst.
Medicenball + male genetals = ouch
Yes, we were playing dodgeball with medicenballs at school and i got hit right where it hurts. I feel tothe ground, couldn't breath and I spoke in a little high voice. needless to say I stayed on the ground for about 30 minutes because i couldn't breathe.
Huge snowboard jump + crappy landing = ouch
I'm snowboarding and I do a huge jump. By huge i mean I am about 25-30 feet high and have to clear a distance of 65 feet. This was a brand new jump and had been barly tested. The landing wasn't aligned with the jump and i had to turn while landing. I tused my arm to try to stop my fall but at the speed i was going, my colar bone just popped out. My shoulder went crap with it. I popped it back in a continued my day. i didn't stop snowboarding and doing jumps/tricks. When I stopped for the day the pain started and it was terrible. My colar bone was sticking 2.5 inches out of its socket and my shoulder was all messed up. i needed 2 months of physeotherapy to make it better but it never was fixed, it still pops out on occasion. Just not as much as it used too
i can just pop it back in now and its ok.

Oh yeah, muscle spasms are a pain. Especially when you get them in the middle of the night and all you can think about is getting over with the pain, so you can just go back to sleep.
I remembered another thing... When i was 8 or so, I was running in a playground, and i fell head first... My entire face slid on the asphalt until almost all the skin on my face came off. I can't remember the pain as well as actually seeing the fall in my mind.

Back labor is not fun. :/ Actually, any kind of labor lasting for more than 10 hours straight is not fun. haha
That beats me. My worst pain was when I had my appendix taken out. I waited in the ER for hours and hours, and it hurt like hell.
That is why I am glad I am a man Jas.

Ahh I remember it like it was yesterday(but actually 2 years ago) i was in my room I bumped into my lavalamp. It ripped a large chunk of my skin.(I saw white stuff below my epidermis skin layer). My mom had to put hydrogen peroxide on that white stuff. Wow good thing my lava lamp wasn't on or it would have been fatal.
