I don't get allowance. I'm not really a particularly demanding child, so whenever I want something, I ask my parents, and they'll generally buy it for me.

Also, whenever I go out with friends or on a school trip or something, they'll give me money, and I, being a cheapskate, will spend very little of it and keep the rest. They always forget to ask for it back.

I get money for my test grades and report card if that counts.

I don't get allowance. I get £2.50 on schooldays for dinner money, and cash when needed.

I'm like Starchaser, I only ask for money when I'd like to buy something- with the exception of food costs, in which my parents give me $20 per week or two depending on how fast I use it up.

But if they send me off to the mall or something with $40, most of the time, I don't spend a cent of it...and unlike Starchaser, I give it back.

I don't get an allowance because I don't do my chores. *whistles*

Depending on what it is my parents might buy it for me if I ask. If it's like a game or something the automatic response is "You want it? Go buy it yourself."

*cough* I tend to get rich easily by babysitting, as I do a lot of it. So I don't really need an allowance.

I get "Collerateral" in the forms of food,music,and fun places. I also work for relatives. For online stuff, I get lard from Bob and Plagues Me.

No allowance for me, but I get quite a bit of money a week for food purposes during school, so that sort of counts for my allowance.

I don't get an allowance, but my parents buy me CDs every once in a while, usually one a month it seems, because of all the things I do around the house.

I don't get an allowance, it's just assumed I will do what I'm asked. The way I get money is by asking for lunch money, then not spending a cent of it. I'm not a fan of lunch, so I just keep the money.

Typically though, my parents just buy me what I ask for. I don't ask for a lot of things, so normally I get what I need.

I don't get an allowance. I do my chores anyways. I do get $3.00 every school day for lunch and train fare. Whenever I want to go shopping my parents will give me money according to how generous they feel. If I have some left over I save it for next time =P
