Partition flash drive as bootable?

Kind of an unusual question:

I'd like to partition my flash drive into 5 CD-sized bootable partitions. Specifically, I'm wanting to put each of the 5 ISOs for Open Suse 10.2 on a flash drive, since 1) I don't have any blank CD-Rs 2) It's geekily awesome to install an OS from a USB drive.

I know it's possible to trick a partition into thinking it's a CD, since the U3 suite does exactly that, but I have no idea how...
