And the German is similar, Meepit says "ES WEIß, WAS BALD PASSIERT... WEIßT DU'S?" which is "He knows what happens soon, do you know?"

I think it's probably pet customization. Or at least, I did until I came here and saw no one else arriving at the same conclusion.

...as in "we are not prepared to realize that the whole customization thing is a micropayment scheme using real money"? I somehow think that's not what they're going at, though. :P

And now all I can think is, "Tell me what I am not prepared for oh giant meepit!" I'm going to hold my horses and not say that I am impressed with TNT, because I'm sure they will find a way to fail me..but I am intrigued.

Actually.... i AM impressed! After reading the old news, and seeing the way TNT acted, i sorta feel bad to be only 13 months in Neo... But this was unexpected! GO TNT!

Ugh. Reading old news makes me pine for the way that things used to be.

Snarkie, Soupfaerie and Dragona all made an appearance on the boards - The "You are not prepared" is apparently from Wow (World of Warcraft).

I thought the meepit was for the customisation - but it may just be a plot ready to unfold.

Here is a screenie of the posts (nothing too fantastic):

There must be good Meepits and bad ones then.

I wonder if Meepits will ever be real neopets after this? The petpet already costs two million though..and feepits are cuter..

I saw that and immediately thought that there'd be no news because of something like a Neopets 40-man WoW raid wiping out any chance of work being done. :P

Now all he needs is the Draenei's book and shoulder pads. That would be hilarious.

I thought they were pairing down the raids to more 10-man stuff with the expansion. I dunno, I never really got out of belfville. I knew it was from WoW right away, and I'm surprised at how long it took others to find. Your geek-fu is low.

True, it would probably be one of the 25-man raids. Still enough to take the entire news and part of the dev team out though.
